I. In 2016, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology suspended the ternary lithium battery bus into the list of recommended models for the promotion of new energy vehicles. It is also based on the consideration of the safety of power batteries. How to improve the safety performance of new energy vehicles to achieve sustainable development has become a problem we must ponder.
At present, the industry generally adopts high-safety diaphragms, flame-retardant electrolytes and liquid cooling and other thermal management solutions, among which high-safety diaphragms are the most economical and reasonable solution. As an inorganic substance, aluminum oxide has high thermal stability and chemical inertness, and is a good choice for ceramic separators for power battery separators.
High-purity alumina has better market conditions and higher technical problems, especially in the selection of sintering furnace equipment. The former Jin furnace industry is the first manufacturer in China to intervene in ultra-pure alumina powder furnaces. Since the majority of customers have won the trust and support, and accounted for 90% of the domestic market share .

Design temperature zone: 8 pieces, 4 temperature rises (using a single point temperature control), and 4 constant temperature (up and down temperature control). There are eight temperature zones of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8. The first three temperature zones use K-scale thermocouples, that is, three. The last five temperature zones use S-segmented thermocouples, ie nine.
Temperature control points: 12 points, all heated with silicon carbon rods.

6 , furnace requirements:
The interface of the furnace brick and the kiln furnace section adopts the joint structure, which ensures the dimensional stability of the refractory structure of the electric kiln for a long time. Low corundum material is used as the inner lining. The bottom slide of the furnace is made of dense sintered alumina 98 corundum anti-wear material.
Insulation material uses British Morgan 1400 mullite brick + high quality lightweight insulation brick + high quality lightweight brick + outer layer imported alumina fiber products (board and cotton) in order to strengthen the good insulation effect.
7, the entire furnace is a combination of segments, bottom rail foot made of formula (hearth so that the abutment remains flat).
8, the front end of the furnace roof is provided with two exhaust ports for discharging exhaust gas water vapor and baking, diameter Ø150 exhaust gas, and the heat of the heating zone forward of the intake to achieve a low temperature preheating kiln product. The exhaust gas volume is adjusted by the pumping valve, the exhaust pipe height is 600mm, and the take-out part is provided by the owner; the material is made of stainless steel and the upper end is equipped with a flange. An inlet point is set in front of and behind the high temperature zone of the kiln, which can be turned on and off.
9 , the propulsion part
The propulsion system is hydraulically propelled by Asada, and the pump valve of the hydraulic system uses the German Rex.
The speed of the propulsion machine is slow and fast, the speed is 500-2000mm/h; the speed is adjustable (frequency adjustment speed).
Rated thrust: main push ≥ 8 tons. Hydraulic propulsion method.
Propulsion protection: The system is equipped with propulsion super-torque protection. The push-in position switch and the propulsion contact adopt soft contact mode (increasing the limit protection to increase the two-stroke switch).
The system is equipped with overtravel protection and loading reminder function.
10 , electrical part
Temperature control mode: temperature control by thyristor module. The temperature control system is equipped with over-temperature sound and light alarm, over-temperature shutdown (temperature control group), thermocouple breaking even sound and light alarm (achieved by temperature instrument), all electrical systems according to national specifications for electric furnace special standards: GB10067.1-4-88 electric heating The basic technical conditions of the equipment, JB6205-92 resistance furnace and temperature control cabinet standard, GB5959.1-96 electric heating equipment safety and other specifications design. The electrical system is designed for overcurrent, overvoltage, and short-to-medium protection circuits.
Electrical control cabinet. The cabinet is equipped with a three-phase main electric meter, and is equipped with an inspection lamp and a 220V socket for maintenance . The control cabinet is designed with lighting. Each temperature control zone can be started and stopped independently to realize the single-temperature zone bar-changing operation to prevent the broken bar from stopping. The temperature control system is designed with a voltmeter and an ammeter to facilitate the adjustment of the operating parameters of the heating element. Designed with good heat dissipation conditions.
