The earliest such exploration was Quanzhou enterprises. In 2009, Fujian Huatai Group established the world's first industrial trial production line of ceramic solar panels. In 2010, it established the first industrialized production line. The total investment of the project is 250 million yuan. After the production, the annual output of ceramic solar panels can reach 6 million square meters. In meters, the new production value of 1 billion yuan***, the new project entered the stage of large-scale industrial production. In addition, the million-dollar (China) solar energy technology project with a total investment of 200 million U.S. dollars is also near the sunset in the high-tech zone of Nanjing City, Zhangzhou City, preparing to develop ceramic solar energy.
The fundamental issue of whether solar energy can be used directly is the production cost, energy cost, environmental cost and use cost of solar energy utilization devices. The ceramic solar energy technology can precisely solve the problems such as manufacturing costs, energy costs, environmental costs and operating costs of solar energy utilization devices. According to reports, after the organic combination of the cheapest ceramic raw materials and industrial waste, the cost of the manufactured ceramic solar panels is about half that of ordinary solar panels. It has a long life and can live with buildings. It has high efficiency and absorbs solar energy. The rate is 20% higher than that of conventional solar products.
In addition, the upgrading of Quanzhou's traditional manufacturing industry is also helping companies to seize the international high-end market. Quanzhou Jiangtao, which has always been known for its “affordable and inexpensive” export market, has been a limelight in the international high-end field. It has been learned from the industry that the world's largest and most advanced racecourse is at the Maidan racecourse in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The new energy-saving building materials TOB ceramic panels used in the building curtain walls are from Quanzhou enterprises.
TOB clayware is a building curtain wall material. It was born in Munich, Germany in 1985. It has only recently risen in China in two to three years, and its demand has been increasing. Prior to this, the core technology of ceramic plate production was monopolized by a few companies in Europe. Although there are production companies in China, the production capacity is not high and it is difficult to meet the growing market demand for ceramics. It is precisely because of this opportunity that Quanzhou has invested 120 million yuan to build the world's longest TOB ceramic plate production line. The core equipment is all from Italy, and currently has a domestic market share of more than 50%.
