The experts in the evaluation team first went to Hohhot to conduct on-site inspections of the project and conducted in-depth exchanges with the project completion unit.

Experts of the evaluation team listened to the report of the project team and reviewed related materials. After discussion, they agreed that the project has independently developed “pre-silicon-alkali-lime” for the issue of resource utilization and environmental impact of coal ash generated by coal-fired power generation in China. Sintering high alumina powdered coal ash extraction alumina polygeneration process technology", completed and put into production the world's first fly ash to produce 200,000 tons per year alumina polygeneration demonstration production line, and successively developed a variety of industrial by-products, forming a high Aluminum Fly Ash - Alumina - Electrolytic Aluminium - Aluminum Alloys and Products - Circular Economy Industrial Chain for Deep Processing of Si-Ca Byproducts.

The project has been in stable operation for three years and the process is stable. It has realized recycling of aluminum resources in fly ash, reduced the environmental impact of fly ash, and produced good economic benefits and significant social and environmental benefits. Resource protection provides an important way to improve the industrial chain of circular economy and promote the development of regional economy.
